Learning how to build Confidence

Hi I'm just want to tell my experience that its hard to me to order food from restaurant or fast food. Its hard for me to order because I'm just came here in Canada for just few months and I was still learning the language here. I used to speak 'tagalog' back in our country. And another reason that I can't order because I have lack of confidence, I thought that every one making fun of me every time I order my food. One thing that learned through months is be friendly and make friends, Because when i was on my first day at school I thought there is no one Flipino but then there is a lot of it. I'm luck because I think 40% of the student in the school Filipino. And that how my confidence build up, Because one of my friends in school taught me to be how to get over my problems. And that's it to get over your problems make alot of friends to build up confidence and how to be independent. Don't forget that there is always a friend to help you.
