the day I learned how to speak another language

For almost five years I've been living in Canada and it feels like an adventure . I've been to many places and learned so much things beyond my expectation. but in those years it wasn't all good ,there was also a challenge that came with it and this is how my story begins . When I first came to this country the only thing on my mind was getting good grades till the day a teacher came to my classroom and started to speak in another language . At first I was curios , what kind of language is the teacher speaking. Someone told me that we were learning another language .I was freaked out and felt like i was done for not because i got a D in my first day learning another language it is because i never thought i would learn another language . Because of this i lost focus on my work and i felt like giving up . I told my mom about this and she answered "what ever is putting you down and felt like giving up don't hesitate to stand back up " . Ever since that day i had courage and reason to stand back up for me to learn and understand this concept . A year has past i finally am able to catch up and continue what i started. this is my story:)
